Joanne PunchJoanne Progress After attending personal training once a week and bootcamp once or twice a week with Jason for just over four months. I have seen a massive improvement in my general well being and fitness. Not only that I have already lost 26 pounds and 19.5cm from all over my body. Jason varies the excises to keep the training fun and challenging. He offers help and advice with nutrition and encourages you to make the healthiest option. I attend the bootcamps and Personal Training with people of varied levels of fitness and he provides the appropriate support, encouragement and guidance where needed. I cannot recommend the bootcamp or personal training sessions with Jason more, I have only been training for four months and still have a long way to go but am confident with the help and support of JRD Fitness I can achieve my goals. Not only am I loosing cm’s and body fat, but most importantly I feel more healthy within myself. Every session is different, Jason keeps you motivated and gives you the confidence to push yourself that bit more. In the ladies bootcamp sessions I have met some great girls and would recommend to come along and join us, you will not regret it. My cousin started just after me and now she goes to more bootcamp sessions + PT sessions with JRD Fitness than I do!  Attached is a picture of the difference I made in just 6 weeks to my figure. PT Training, ladies Bootcamp or both, I would highly recommend with Jason – pictures don’t lie! Andrea Doherty   I bought one of Jason’s introductory offer packages and didn’t really know what to expect. On meeting him, he made me feel relaxed and was he was obviously extremely knowledgeable about all areas of training as well as nutrition. The sessions were excellent, Jason used various exercises and the sessions were never the same, they were also hard work and he really made me push myself. Jason also gave me some workouts to carry out at home and these were simple to follow. I have also attended Boot Camp sessions and again, they are brilliant, Jason encompasses all levels of fitness and the other ‘Boot Campers’ were friendly and as well as being exhausting, it was a great laugh. I would highly recommend Jason and think he is a credit to his industry. Rachel Callender   Just turned 60, weighing over 10st (61Kgs) – too much for being just 5’ on a good day -aches and pains from lifting my one year old granddaughter, osteoporosis of the spine and a lot of wobble – in April I decided it was time to do something positive to improve my general strength, lose some weight – and look good in a special outfit for my daughter’s wedding at the end of the year. Speaking to Jason, he gave me the assurance and confidence that I could do something about all my concerns – without taking up running, spending hours in a gym or being uncomfortable. We agreed a programme – with a one hour personal training session a week, and identifying the type of “exercise” which I naturally enjoy – a weekly walk, swimming session and a 25 minute core exercise programme which I could do myself twice a week. Although nervous about the personal training session – Jason has built up my confidence in doing the programme and built up the exercises each week to help me achieve the goals. Progress has been constant over the six months so far – with a weight loss of 2.6kg – but a loss of 4% body fat – and more importantly for me a drop in dress size and a change of body shape due to the 22.5cm lost from my waist, hips, arms and legs, and no more aches and pains when lifting. I really am much fitter, my core strength has improved massively and I can even enjoy going uphill when out walking. Whatever your own needs are, JRD Fitness can provide a programme which you can enjoy and from which you will see results. If I can do it – so can you. Christine Pearce, Retired   Having suffered from a previous back injury I needed to improve my core stability and Jason has helped me to achieve my goal. Since attending the JRD Fitness Ladies Bootcamp in April I have found my fitness levels have improved a lot, not to mention losing cm’s!The Bootcamp sessions are varied and always challenging so you never get bored. The highlight of the night is finding out what the ‘Jason Special’ is to finish off the session.I would recommend JRD Fitness to anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness as Jason really listens to your needs and plans how best to help you get there.
