Firstly a community of people going through the same process as you can be really helpful. It’s why we have the JRD Members Group, the perfect place for all JRD Warriors to talk about their journeys. Going it alone can be difficult. By finding like minded people you can use each other for support and encouragement, sharing thoughts, concerns, recipes, workouts, or simply just having someone to talk to. We want to make it so that you never have to tackle your goals alone ever again.

Education is going to play a huge role in your long term success. “Give a man a fish”…..we all know the saying, and it rings true with weight loss. Sure, you can be given a generic meal plan and workout to follow that will get you results, but what happens once you finish this plan without education? Learning about exercise and nutrition will help you maintain your results for a lifetime. Ask yourself…when was the last time you went to your gym and were actually taught something that will help you with your goals? A lack of education isn’t good enough for our Warriors.

The final element of support for today is to have someone who has the expertise to help and guide you along the road on your journey to a healthier and happier self. Someone who can teach you the things that you need to know to not only achieve results, but also maintain them fo-life. Someone who can help you develop your strength and fitness and also your healthy eating habits. Like I mentioned earlier, you don’t have to do this alone.

For the most part we already know how to achieve our goals. A healthy controlled diet, regular exercise, good sleep and hydration will get us the body that we crave. Support on your journey to achieving your goals can be the glue that holds everything together. Most gyms don’t care about your goals and offer no support.
