Work closely with our leading coaches during your personal training sessions and have them on hand as you make use of our unlimited open gym.

You will have your movement, strength and flexibility analysed during an initial assessment with your coach which will allow us to tailor the plan specifically for you.

Beyond the gym you will receive a personalised nutrition plan, your coach will be available to offer support and advice whenever it is needed and there is continued support, education and accountability in our private Facebook and WhatsApp members groups.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE ACHES, PAINS AND INJURIES?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like achey joints and back pain. We have a lot of experience working with people with different needs and your programme will be personalised to take into account any issues that you may have.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE TRIAL?

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY 30 DAY TRIAL?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that JRD isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

WHAT IF I REGISTER BUT THEN CHANGE MY MIND?

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

WHAT TIME ARE MY SESSIONS?

We use a very flexible system where you book yourself into your sessions via an app.

We have sessions available available Monday-Saturday. Our earliest session is 6am and our latest ends at 8pm. We have a break during the afternoon from 11am but start back up in time for most people finishing work.

You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning that you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
